Clinical Site Director

To provide exceptional clinical leadership and support to colleagues, ensuring the highest standards of patient care are maintained across the NHS 24/7. Assist staff in resolving clinical concerns and respond to emergency situations effectively.
Main Responsibilities- Assist in the management of the site, patient flow, and coordination of clinical activities, working closely with clinical and managerial colleagues.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Registered Nurse with current PIN on the NMC register.
- Post-registration education in accordance with PREP requirements to degree level or equivalent.
- Previous experience in Clinical site management.
- Significant post-registration experience, with experience at Band 6 level or equivalent.
- Evidence of developed interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates skills in management and leadership.
- Professional outlook to role and responsibilities.
- Demonstrates clear evidence of ongoing professional development.
- Understand clinical issues and their implications for practice.
- Understand service developments and national initiatives.
- Willing to undertake expanded role activities.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Understanding and insight into current issues in nursing and NHS.
- Ability to engage team in achieving goals and objectives via a clear, shared nursing vision.
- Demonstrate analytical skills.
- IT literate.
- The ability to communicate and record data through various IT systems and packages.
