Transportation Systems Designer

We are seeking an experienced Transportation Systems Designer to join our team in the UK. This role involves designing and developing innovative transportation systems for civil engineering projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop transportation systems that meet the needs of various civil engineering projects.
  2. Use transportation modeling software to simulate and analyze the impact of proposed transportation systems.
  3. Collaborate with engineers, urban planners, and local authorities to integrate transportation systems with overall project designs.
  4. Ensure compliance with industry trends and regulations, as well as best practices in transportation planning.
  5. Present and report on transportation system designs and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Transportation Engineering, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in transportation planning, traffic engineering, or related roles.
  3. Familiarity with transportation modeling software such as VISSIM, Synchro, or Cube.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Estimated Salary: £52,000 Per Annum
