Your estimated annual earnings will range from £40,000 to £60,000+, depending on your performance and experience. You'll also enjoy a fully uncapped commission scheme and a range of other benefits.

About the Role

This is a full-time office-based position, requiring Monday-to-Friday attendance, with alternate Saturdays. You'll work closely with our Estate Agency team, Admin team, Training and Development team, Compliance team, and Divisional Sales Director to deliver seamless client experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Generating and maintaining client relationships and business
  • Fostering collaboration across teams to drive business growth
  • Providing exceptional client care and service
  • Maximizing in-branch leads and value from each client
  • Working in tandem to ensure efficient processes for clients

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a CeMAP qualification or equivalent, relevant experience in Mortgage and Protection Advising, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. You'll also need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
