Job Description: As a Residential Child Care Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and safety of children and young people in our care. This includes providing support with daily tasks, participating in fun activities, and working closely with our care teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications: We are seeking individuals who are highly responsible and accountable when it comes to safeguarding children and young people. A desire to pursue childcare qualifications and training is essential, as well as proficient IT skills and a valid UK manual driver's license.
