Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cost Analyst Senior to join our team in Stafford, VA. In this role, you will:

* Engage with teammates to solve the Government's most challenging analytical problems
* Support the Business Analytics team with a flexible working structure
* Lead the development and maintenance of cost, affordability, and schedule analysis to support the acquisition of emerging USMC and DHS capabilities

As a Kalman Analyst, you will coordinate with stakeholders to collect and communicate information, conduct planning analyses, and document and defend cost analyses. You will possess a strong understanding of USMC and DHS acquisition processes, customer mission, and the ability to address business challenges with creative problem solving. You will also have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to meet organizational and project goals. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in any field with advanced math skills in geometry, trigonometry, statistics, probability, or quantitative analyses, and seven or more years of DoD/DHS Cost Estimating, Integrated Program Management, EVM, and/or Scheduling experience. We prefer candidates with an active Secret Clearance or higher, experience supporting large-scale DoD and DHS IT or ERP programs, proficiency with ACEIT, and certification in cost estimation, Integrated Program Management, and/or EVM by a recognized professional society or educational organization.
