Care Assistant Manager

About the Role
As a Bank Senior Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you will oversee the care and well-being of our residents. Your role will involve supervising a team of dedicated Care Assistants, supporting the clinical team in specific areas, and ensuring that each resident receives individualized care and support.
About You
We are looking for someone with an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. As a compassionate and warm-hearted individual, you will have the opportunity to develop your career through ongoing training opportunities.
Working Conditions
This is a Bank position, which means that you will work on an as-needed basis to provide cover for annual leave or sick leave. As a result, the hours and days you work will vary. However, we offer competitive pay and true flexibility.
Career Development
Many of our Senior Carer Assistants progress into Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing roles. With Barchester Healthcare, there is no limit to how far you can go.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
