Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Assistant Manager to join our team at QFM Group. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead from the front and take ownership of store operations, including stock management, labour planning, and training and development of team members.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase brand loyalty.
Collaborate with the Store Manager to set and achieve business objectives, including profit and loss targets, customer satisfaction metrics, and employee engagement scores.
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and feedback to ensure that team members have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
Ensure that the store is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and brand image.
Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and other key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role in a retail or hospitality environment.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
