About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Manager to join our team at The Refectory in Milford. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our busy pub, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading our team to achieve high standards.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the pub, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory management.
