About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Partnership Strategies: Create and implement effective partnership plans to advance our mission, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with churches, organizations, and individuals.
  • Collaborate Across Functions: Work seamlessly with various teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact, including fundraising, marketing, and program delivery.
  • Identify and Pursue Opportunities: Conduct research, networking, and outreach efforts to discover new partnership prospects, assess their potential, and develop compelling pitches to secure support.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Nurture existing partnerships, establish trust, and foster open communication to drive mutually beneficial collaborations.
  • Analyse Data and Monitor Progress: Regularly evaluate partnership performance, identifying areas for improvement and adjusting strategies accordingly.

  • Fundraising Expertise: Proven track record in securing funding, either through grants, donations, or sponsorships, with a deep understanding of the fundraising landscape.
  • Location Flexibility: Willingness to travel regularly across the UK, with occasional international trips, to engage with partners, attend events, and maintain relationships.
  • Business Acumen: Familiarity with CRM systems, budget management, and financial analysis to inform decision-making and optimize resource allocation.
