Job Summary

Katie Bard is seeking a highly motivated and organized Estates Assistant to join their team. As Estates Assistant, you will provide essential support to the organization, maintaining resources and assisting in achieving key objectives.

The role will involve a variety of tasks, including:

  • Providing exceptional client service internally and externally
  • Preparing and dispatching post
  • Coordinating deliveries and distributing office supplies
  • Administering deeds and archiving
  • Dealing with repairs and breakdowns
  • Assisting with office moves and furniture removal
  • Fire warden and first aid duties
  • Preparing technical equipment

The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities or maintenance, be IT literate, and able to communicate effectively at all levels. A flexible and proactive approach to work is essential for this role, which is full-time, permanent, and office-based.
