Director, Commercial Sales EMEA

Pendo is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive commercial growth across EMEA.

This role requires a results-driven, collaborative, and empathetic leader who can build and scale a high-performing team of Commercial Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attract, select, onboard, develop, coach, motivate, promote, and effectively manage a team of Commercial Account Executives.
  • Define and execute strategies to sustainably grow new sales across EMEA Commercial accounts.
  • Enable the team to proactively prospect, identify, qualify, and develop pipeline.
  • Ensure internal cross-functional collaboration to drive effective team selling.
  • Strategically analyze industry trends and performance metrics to drive execution and accelerate results.
  • Drive excellence in sales execution leveraging the Pendo Value Framework.
  • Effectively develop and monitor accurate sales forecast.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience building and managing a high-performing sales team.
  • 5+ years of experience selling enterprise SaaS technology in a fast-paced environment.
  • Track record of overachievement.
  • Excellent value-based sales methodology and high aptitude to collaborate in a decentralized environment.
