About the Role

Rullion is seeking a highly skilled Digital Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a leading role in the adoption and implementation of digital solutions, leveraging the Dassault Systems 3DEXPERIENCE Platform to drive business transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transformation Path Expertise: Provide expert advice to Rullion and its subsidiaries on the transformation path utilizing the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform, ensuring coverage of whole business processes while guaranteeing the final workability and relevancy of the solution.
  • Implementation and Adoption: Work directly with the Configuration Management and Engineering delivery teams to facilitate the implementation of the 3DS to Rullion programmes, refining business processes in regard of value creation and business transformation.
  • Legacy Application Migration: Play a leading role in the migration from existing (legacy) applications towards long-term 'fit for the future' 3DS technology solutions.
  • PLM Solution Development: Advise (and where appropriate develop) Rullion specific PLM solutions where industry solutions are not available.
  • Engineering Applications Portfolio: Advise on Rullion's engineering applications portfolio to ensure it aligns with Rullion's digital strategy.
  • Digital Thread Facilitation: Leverage the benefits of a connected engineering applications portfolio to facilitate a digital thread.
  • Simulation Data Management: Play a leading role in Simulation Data Management (SDM) and foster a simulation-led design philosophy (MODSIM).
  • Digital Twin Enablement: Play a leading role in the enablement of Digital Twin.
  • Integration and Alignment: Work directly with the CAD & CAE Manager to ensure seamless integration of the 3DS platform and Rullion's CAD & CAE applications.
  • Process Development: Contribute significantly to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to support the adoption of digital technologies.
  • Staff Development: Support the up-skilling, development, and training of Rullion Staff to ensure the successful adoption of digital technologies.
  • International Standards and Best Practices: Play a leading role in the adoption and implementation of BS/ISO international standards, and PLM best practice.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in the implementation of Dassault Systems 3DEXPERIENCE Platform.
  • PLM Techniques: Sound understanding of PLM techniques and the management of complex engineering data sets.
  • CAD and CAE Applications: Proven ability to interface with a range of CAD and CAE applications.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Experience managing information across whole product lifecycle.
  • Communication and Influence: Proven ability to effectively communicate complex challenges to a broad audience and influence strategic decisions with technically sound and reasoned justification.
  • Education: Degree qualified in a relevant discipline or suitable experience.
