FE Teacher

We are seeking a qualified and experienced FE Teacher to join our team at Beaumont Sussex, a new satellite further education provision. The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching students with special educational needs and disabilities, and will be able to deliver outstanding teaching and learning using proven methods and approaches.

• Plan and deliver high-quality teaching and learning to students with SEND
• Use a range of methods to record and track student progress
• Be a class tutor, ensuring pastoral needs are met and establishing excellent relationships with parents and carers
• Manage a class team and inspire trust and confidence in students, colleagues, parents, and other professionals
• Promote the wider aspirations and values of the college
