We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Leisure Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting safe recreation and activity, and contributing to the overall success of our venue.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide a high standard of customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Encourage and promote safe recreation and activity within all areas of the venue, ensuring a positive experience for customers.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
**Requirements**
- Current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (training will be provided for those without).
- Scottish Swimming Teacher Qualification (or equivalent) is essential (or must be obtained within 6 months of employment).
- Gym Instructor Level 2 is desirable.
