As a Process Plant Auditor at Stork UK, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and integrity of refinery plants. Your responsibilities will include preparing Written Schemes of Examination (WSEs) according to Pressure System Safety Regulations (PSSR) and creating inspection work scopes to satisfy WSE requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform invasive visual examinations of major pressure systems based on WSE specifications.
  • Interface with NDT teams for clarification on NDT inspection techniques.
  • Produce high-quality inspection reports describing asset conditions.
  • Grade corrosion against company procedures and raise mandatory defects.

Candidates should have experience in in-service inspection of process piping, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, distillation columns, and PRVs, along with knowledge of design codes and PSSR.

Requirements:
  • UKAS definition for Category 3 inspection engineers.
  • Engineering Technician certification or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a relevant discipline, including at least one year in in-service inspection of pressure systems.
