About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Charity Fundraising Administrator to join our team at Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our fundraising strategy and promoting our charity's activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Fundraising and Partnerships Manager, including responding to fundraising enquiries, processing donations, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Support the development and implementation of fundraising events and activities, including planning, organization, and promotion.
  • Assist with the administration of our CRM database, including data entry and maintenance.
  • Communicate effectively with fundraisers, donors, supporters, and staff to exchange information and provide updates on fundraising activities.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders, including local businesses, schools, and community groups, to support the growth of our charity.
Requirements
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively with fundraisers, donors, and supporters.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Knowledge of fundraising principles and practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge to support the delivery of our fundraising strategy.
