We are looking for a highly skilled Carbon Reduction Specialist Leader to join our team of experts in reducing carbon emissions across various industries. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to understand their carbon reduction goals and develop customized strategies to achieve them.

Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing large datasets from fuel and utility bills, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to reduce carbon emissions. You will also have the opportunity to work on building management systems, including HVAC and BMS integration, and collaborate with our team to develop and manage projects.

To be successful in this role, you will require a degree in Mechanical, Energy, or Process Engineering, and excellent research, analytical, writing, and presentational skills. You will also need to be confident in leading projects and fostering good working relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $130,000 - $190,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a comprehensive health insurance plan, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
