We are seeking a highly skilled Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team at Johnston Refrigeration Services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in refrigeration technology and a proven track record of delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services. Key responsibilities will include:

• Selecting and implementing repair techniques, equipment, and materials in accordance with safety protocols.
• Identifying and addressing problems on site, recording detailed information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Performing maintenance and repairs, and servicing equipment as required by clients.

Requirements:

• Flexible and deadline-driven, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on building strong relationships and managing workload effectively.
• Problem-solving and self-motivation, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Relevant qualifications within the industry, and a minimum of five years' experience in the trade.
• Clean driving license and ability to work independently.
