Clinical Coordinator in Healthcare Sector

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our Day Case Team, Marlowe Ward, as a Clinical Pathway Coordinator. This role is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow the day case diary and ensure patient medical notes are available in advance for surgical procedures.
- Understand the roles and responsibilities of the team and become familiar with the environment to assist in delivering high-quality comprehensive care.
- Answer the telephone in a courteous and professional manner, record, and relay messages as appropriate.
- Assist the day case team in admitting patients onto the computer system and complete the process on time.
- Adhere to operational/Trust policies and procedures in relation to Health and Safety and Fire.
