Pioneer Selection is currently recruiting for a Mechanically Biased Field Service Engineer to join their team in the Cottenham, Cambridge area. As a successful candidate, you will get the opportunity to work within an engineering team that sets high standards and supports new engineers in their personal career development and skills development.

The company is looking for a skilled professional with experience carrying out pipework installations, repairing mechanical faults on bearings, belts, chains, gearboxes, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Additionally, the ideal candidate must be willing to travel nationally with a company car and stay overnight occasionally. A full UK/EU driving licence is also required.

As a Maintenance Engineer at Pioneer Selection, you will benefit from working in a company that offers in-house machinery training and the chance to be put on additional qualification courses. You will also be entitled to 28 days paid holiday. Overtime, Company Van, and a Good engineering team are just some of the benefits you can expect.

With a salary range of £35,000-£40,000 (Base) + Overtime, this is an excellent opportunity for experienced engineers looking for a challenging role in industrial maintenance. We estimate the total annual salary to be around £42,000 based on a 35-hour workweek and 52 weeks of work per year.
