We are seeking a visionary leader to drive excellence in our Hair, Beauty and Makeup department. As Curriculum Leader, you will be responsible for promoting a high-quality learning experience and leading a team of lecturers to deliver exceptional teaching, learning, and assessment.

With a proven track record of delivering outstanding outcomes across various programmes, including apprenticeships and higher education, you will lead by example and inspire your colleagues to achieve their best. Your commitment to innovation, leadership skills, and ability to build strong relationships with external partners will be invaluable in supporting our college's reputation and collaboration efforts.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of the Hair and Beauty sector, with a focus on quality curriculum delivery and student progression. You will work closely with the Head of Curriculum to develop and implement strategies that promote attendance, employability skills, and overall student success.

We offer a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in driving academic excellence and student achievement.
