  • Manage key landlord relationships, meeting their expectations and ensuring their properties are let to suitable tenants.
  • Negotiate and finalise high-value rental agreements, ensuring that both parties are satisfied with the terms.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends and provide recommendations to our team and clients.
  • Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities to inform our business strategy.
  • Assist in forecasting rental market shifts and adjusting our strategies accordingly.
  • Contribute to agency strategic planning and decision-making, ensuring that our business remains competitive and successful.
  • Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and laws, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated leadership in motivating lettings negotiators and fostering team collaboration.
  • Proven experience contributing to strategic decision-making in real estate.
  • Strong client management skills, handling high-level interactions and complex inquiries.
  • In-depth knowledge of market trends and data analysis for informed decisions.
  • Experience maintaining service quality and adherence to company standards.
  • Proven ability to manage key landlord relationships and negotiate high-value agreements.
  • Proficient in using data analytics tools to track KPIs and create management reports.
  • Skilled at building strong client relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Passion for connecting tenants with ideal properties.
