Smart Meter Engineer

About the Role:

We are currently seeking skilled Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineers to join our team at Morrison Data Services, the UK's leading metering services business. As a Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineer, you will play a critical role in responding to emergency and maintenance jobs, as well as the safe installation and removal of smart meters (SMETS2) in domestic properties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Respond to emergency and maintenance jobs, providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Install and remove smart meters (SMETS2) in domestic properties, adhering to safety protocols and industry standards.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Hold current CCN1/CMA1 & MET1 qualification or an equivalent aligned qualification.
• Have previous MOCOPA experience to multi-rate level (3-phase is beneficial).
• Ideal candidates will be registered on the EUSR portal.
• Hold a current full UK driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.

• A competitive basic salary of £40,974, with the potential for a realistic OTE of £50,000 per annum.

• Added Skill set bonus - £1,000 added to salary for 3-phase, Medium Pressure.
• A £200 per month flexible working scheme payment.
• Regular overtime paid at time and a half, and double time on Sundays.
