Restaurant Ambassador

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Café Host Team Member. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our customers have a welcoming and enjoyable experience in our café.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and working in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to work 30 hours per week with alternate weekends, Monday to Saturday: 9:00 - 18:00, and Sunday: 10:00 - 17:30. Key Responsibilities

* Greet customers warmly and ensure they feel welcome in our café
* Take orders and serve food and beverages efficiently and effectively
* Maintain a clean and welcoming café area at all times
* Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent service at all times
* Work effectively as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service

Requirements

* Previous front-of-house experience is essential for this role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
* A well-presented and punctual approach is essential for this role
* Ability to work effectively in a team is crucial for success in this role
* Own transport or live close to site is a requirement
