A visionary Planning Specialist is required to spearhead the implementation of cutting-edge ERP systems and production equipment, driving operational excellence in a pioneering UK manufacturing facility.

Job Summary

£65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, is available for this challenging role. We are seeking an expert who can develop and maintain production schedules and plans in collaboration with production, commercial, and supply chain teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse production results vs plan, continuously updating planning parameters, and providing trends to inform key business decisions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials for production by coordinating with the supply chain and/or suppliers.
  • Improve forecasting, identify and mitigate bottlenecks, and maximise equipment resources.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of production planning principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and production software.
