Strategic Sales Director for Software and Security Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the software and security industry.

Key Responsibilities- Recruit, hire, and develop top-tier sales talent with a proven track record of engaging with accounts and selling at the C-Level.
- Create and execute successful business plans, accurately forecasting business across multiple teams.
- Act as an executive sponsor for key partners, fostering a culture that embraces diversity, equity, and inclusion.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 10 years of full-cycle sales experience in the software or security industry.
- Proven leadership experience, with a strong focus on developing high-performing sales teams.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with established relationships with current and prospective customers.
- Experience in closing net new logos, with a strategic approach to sales planning.
This is a highly competitive role, offering a salary range of $175,000 - $225,000 annually, depending on experience. You'll also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and professional development opportunities.
