Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement process improvement solutions for clients using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
  • Create and maintain SharePoint architecture standards and frameworks, providing guidance and support to clients.
  • Develop and maintain SharePoint information architecture, including metadata term stores, taxonomies, and content type definitions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on automation platforms, establishing and managing governance.
  • Participate in project activities such as requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation of business procedures.
  • Develop process flows, forms, and server configurations, sharing knowledge with in-house developers.
  • Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing effective procedures and systems requirements.
  • Participate in presales activities, creating proof of concepts and other related development activities.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

  • Strong SharePoint Online development experience, including analysis, design, development, and deployment.
  • PowerShell scripting and PnP Modern UI experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Experience connecting to Azure data sources from Power Platform.
  • Power BI and Power Automate for desktop experience is a plus.
  • Exposure to Azure DevOps.
  • Ability to understand business processes and translate them into requirements for workflows/automation.
  • Experience in Microsoft technologies, including C#, MVC, Visual Studio, and SQL Server.
  • Web technologies, including HTML 5, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, XML, and Web Services.
  • Delivery-focused with an Agile mindset.
  • Strong sense of ownership and business accountability.

Desirable Skills

  • Financial domain experience and previous consulting experience.
  • Experience in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), SharePoint Administration & Governance.
  • Knowledge and experience in JavaScript frameworks, such as React or Angular.
  • Programming knowledge in Python.
  • Agile – Scrum experience/certification.
  • Knowledge of best practices with development and testing procedures, TDD, SOLID principles.
  • Experience using JIRA.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or Dynamics CRM.
