About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at Making Space. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to adults with complex needs, including mental health, learning disabilities, and physical conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to a dedicated team of support workers, ensuring values-based support is delivered to the highest standards.
  • Support adults with various conditions on a person-centered basis, following care plans, administering medication, and assisting with daily living tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create a safe, vibrant, and friendly environment that promotes the well-being and dignity of those we support.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Support Worker, with a strong understanding of values-based support and person-centered care.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
