Role Overview

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Chef to join our team at Coworth Park, a renowned hotel and part of the Dorchester Collection. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a section of the kitchen during evening service, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Commis and Demi Chefs to deliver exceptional service and maintain the kitchen's high standards.
  • Supervise and train junior chefs to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with senior members of the team to develop new menu ideas and seasonal menus.
  • Ensure the kitchen is maintained to the highest standards, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Night Chef or in a similar leadership role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality food and service.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations.
