Job Opportunity: Bus Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Bus Maintenance Technician to join our team at Orion Electrotech. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to work on bus transmission systems and provide top-notch support to our customers.

About the Role:

  • Diagnose and fix problems at customer locations and other sites
  • Replace large parts or systems when needed
  • Help introduce new products to the market
  • Work with the sales team to promote product performance and share service opportunities

Responsibilities:

  • Offer technical support and advice to sales staff
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers
  • Report safety issues to Health & Safety managers
  • Work with customers to minimize vehicle downtime

Requirements:

  • Completed engineering apprenticeship as minimum, level 5 qualification (or higher)/HND/HNC, DipHE.
  • Must have experience with HGV or Bus.
  • Background in field services and engineering;
  • Full UK driving licence.

Salary and Benefits: £50-60K per annum + 20 days holiday, pensions, life assurance, salary/bonus sacrifice, private healthcare, dental healthcare.
