Summary

£62,000 - £90,000 per annum | 35 days' holiday (pro rata) | Ongoing training | 10% in-store discount

As a Lidl Area Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Store Managers to achieve outstanding results.

You'll be the driving force behind our stores' success, ensuring they run efficiently and effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Regularly visiting stores to monitor performance and provide guidance to Store Managers
  • Mentoring and supporting Store Managers in recruiting, training, and developing their teams
  • Empowering teams to achieve their KPIs and maintain our high standards
  • Creating an environment where teams can do their best work, shift after shift

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in motivating and leading teams across multiple sites
  • Ability to understand complex reports and oversee the effectiveness of new initiatives
  • Drive to learn and keep up to date with the ever-changing aspects of our business
  • Effective communication skills to support teams with new launches, concepts, and processes
  • Full UK Driving License
