In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting our teams across the resort, helping to deliver exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable stay. What You'll Do:

• Support our teams across the resort, assisting with tasks and projects as needed.
• Help to deliver exceptional customer service, responding to guests' needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Contribute to the overall success of the resort, identifying opportunities to improve processes and implement positive changes.

Your Salary:
We offer a competitive salary, ranging from £25,000 to £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a basic salary of £20,000, plus a bonus of up to £5,000, depending on performance.
