Saturday Lettings Assistant Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and efficient Saturday assistant to join our Residential lettings team in Bristol. This is an office-based role where you will be responsible for supporting the team in letting properties around the Bristol area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet clients in the office, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Carry out general office administration tasks, including filing, updating brochure displays, post, and brochure mail outs.
  • Ensure that brochure folders are kept replenished and up-to-date.
  • Register applicants on to the database (Reapit) – comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Arrange pitch and viewing appointments, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial but is not essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Fantastic attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
  • Confidence, proactivity, and good initiative, with a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Pride in your work, with a focus on delivering first-class results and meeting deadlines.
  • A comprehensive knowledge of Henley and the surrounding areas, or a willingness to learn.
  • Enjoy working with people, with a positive attitude and approachable demeanor.
