Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the stock control team and implementing effective systems and processes to ensure efficient stock management.

Key responsibilities include maximising efficiency and profitability, developing and implementing stock control systems, recruiting and training a high-performing team, and monitoring budgets and expenses.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a Stock Control or Inventory Manager role within a warehousing environment, strong team management and leadership skills, and resilience in managing pressure and navigating challenges.

  • Proven track record of working across multiple sites.
  • Ability to prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
