About the Role

The Senior Learning Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing content roadmaps that anticipate and solve developers' problems. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure that our content meets the needs of our partner organizations and various developer communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement content roadmaps that meet the needs of our partner organizations and developer communities
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to create high-quality content
  • Lead a diverse team of engineers, educators, trainers, and publishers to deliver engaging and diverse training content
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Degree-level knowledge and skills in Computer Science or a related field
  • Experience managing the development of educational and training content in computing
  • Software/computer engineering experience in a professional context
  • Experience working with communities of developers
