Order Picker and Packer

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Order Picker and Packer at one of our high-profile retail FMCG clients in Shaw, Greater Manchester. This is a long-term contract position with the potential for ongoing work and career progression within a target-driven environment.

Salary Information:

The estimated hourly rate for this position is £12 between 2 pm – 10 pm, £15.45 after 10 pm, £18/h (2 pm – 10 pm) overtime, and £23.18/h (10 pm – 1:30 am) overtime.

About the Role:

• Picking orders using a headset and packing online orders for customers into bags and boxes.
• Labelling and using hand scanners to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Attention to detail and ability to work to targets and KPIs.
• Organisation and prioritisation skills to manage workload effectively.
• Previous experience in a similar setting and role is beneficial but not essential, as training will be provided.
