Job Title: Class Teacher for SEN Pupils

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced teacher to join our team at an outstanding primary school for pupils with Severe and Profound Learning Difficulties.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and supporting pupils with Severe and Profound Learning Difficulties, with a focus on developing their skills and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach and support pupils with Severe and Profound Learning Difficulties
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Work collaboratively with other teachers and support staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers to ensure a smooth transition between home and school
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience working with pupils with Severe and Profound Learning Difficulties
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
