The Opportunity
We are proud to be working on the prestigious HS2 project, delivering critical enabling works that include road realignments, utility diversions, and structural works. As a Site Agent, you will play a key role in overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of these works, ensuring that the project progresses on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This is a chance to work on one of the UK's most transformative infrastructure projects, managing complex packages of work while driving a safety-first culture and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

- Project Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of enabling works.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with the client, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Resource Management: Coordinate labour, plant, and materials effectively, ensuring optimal performance and minimal waste.
- Health & Safety: Champion safety on-site, ensuring compliance with all statutory and company requirements.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including professional development opportunities, a contributory pension scheme, and a comprehensive health insurance package.
