About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Relief Support Worker to join our team in Trafford, working with individuals with a learning disability. As a Relief Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support, promoting independence and dignity, and contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.

This role requires excellent communication skills, resilience, energy and adaptability to meet individual needs. Good knowledge of the local community is essential for this position. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of twelve months previous care experience, a passion for providing person-centred care and support in a bright, friendly environment. A clean driving licence is also essential alongside the willingness to drive service users' cars.

What We Offer:
- Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum based on 37 hours per week
