Job Description
The role of Senior Nursery Room Manager is a key position within our nursery team. As a leader, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting the team to deliver high-quality care and education to our children.
Key Responsibilities:
- To be part of the nursery management team and contribute to the overall leadership and direction of the setting
- To ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the nursery, including the supervision of staff and the implementation of policies and procedures
- To maintain accurate records and reports, including observation notes, assessments, and planning documents
- To provide coaching and mentoring to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- To develop and implement strategies to promote child development and well-being
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience as a Senior Nursery Room Leader or equivalent. You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
