Job Title: Payroll and Financial Administrator

Hopscotch Day Nurseries is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance Team as a Payroll and Financial Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and reconcile payroll for all nursery settings.
  • Carry out payroll-related administration tasks as assigned.
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Provide excellent communication and customer service skills.
Requirements:
  • Strong GCSE's in Maths and English.
  • Previous payroll experience essential.
  • Strong Excel knowledge and skills essential.
  • Experience of Sage Payroll desirable.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

This is a part-time position, 30 hours per week, with flexible working hours between 8.30am and 4.30pm. The salary range is £28,000 to £30,000 per annum (Pro Rata).
