About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Activities Coordinator to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As an Activities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in creating a stimulating environment that enables us to deliver exceptional care and support for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement imaginative and engaging activities programmes that cater to every interest and ability
  • Build strong relationships with residents and their families to understand their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of activities and events
  • Drive a minibus to transport residents to local activities and events
About You

We are looking for someone who is warm, empathetic, and personable, with excellent organisational skills and a driven mindset. Your infectious enthusiasm and creative approach will inspire our residents and staff to get involved in activities and events.
