Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance professional to join our team at The One Group. As an Accounts Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our finance operations and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial support to the management team, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Perform reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in finance, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A competitive salary up to £35,000, depending on experience, as well as an extensive benefits package and hybrid working model.
