We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Culinary Apprentice to join our team at Harvester. As an apprentice, you'll have the opportunity to master our menu and develop your culinary skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a champion of brand standards
  • Keep your kitchen clean and organized
  • Prepare everything needed before a busy shift
  • Cook to specification and work with recipes

About the Apprenticeship:

You'll take on a full-time role in the kitchen under the supervision of passionate chefs alongside your training. Not only will you gain a Level 2 Production Chef Apprenticeship, but you'll also be able to support the running of our kitchens, creating amazing moments and ensuring quality never slips for our guests.

What You'll Get:

  • A mixture of face-to-face and remote catch-ups every 4-6 weeks
  • A combination of on-the-job and off-the-job training, including workshops and webinars
  • Regular reviews with the Apprentice, Line Manager, and Lifetime Trainer
  • Feedback sessions to discuss progress
  • Obtain Functional Skills in English and maths (if you don't already have GCSE or equivalents)
  • 30 hours paid work every week

About the Role:

At Mitchells and Butlers, you'll be working towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over the course of 15 months. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic environment.
