EIT Oxford is a pioneering institution that drives innovation and impact globally. We are seeking an exceptional Head of Financial Performance and Planning to lead our FP&A team in developing and implementing robust financial plans aligned with our operational strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the annual budgeting process, working closely with business units to translate strategies into actionable plans and budgets.
  • Deliver high-quality, forward-looking financial forecasts, challenging the organization to ensure credibility and reliability.
  • Lead the production of quarterly re-forecasts, reflecting the latest changes in assumptions and highlighting risks and opportunities.
Governance, Reporting, and Control
  • Ensure effective governance and controls are implemented, adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the implementation of audit-based actions, proactively mitigating risks and ensuring compliance.
  • Develop and lead a team of finance business partners to deliver maximum value to the business while fostering their professional growth and career development.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in performance management, financial controlling, and large-scale finance processes, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and business case review. They will be a results-driven leader with a proven track record of driving business results and improving processes.
