Behaviour Tutor Role

We are seeking a Behaviour Tutor to provide one-on-one support to students with behavioural challenges in Nottinghamshire, Mansfield (NG20).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tailored learning plans to address individual student needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistency in support and promote positive behaviour
  • Monitor and track student progress, adjusting tutoring techniques as needed
  • Provide guidance on behavioural management techniques and adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience working with students with behavioural difficulties
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
