About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Team Lead to join our team at Knapp UK. As a Maintenance Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a shift team of 6, including a Deputy Team Leader, engineers, and automation assistants. Your day-to-day will involve PPM planning, appraisals, holidays, disciplinary concerns, absence, and onsite critical breakdown management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage a shift team of 6, including a Deputy Team Leader, engineers, and automation assistants.
  2. Responsible for PPM planning, appraisals, holidays, disciplinary concerns, absence, and onsite critical breakdown management.
  3. Work with the customer and site Knapp Leadership team to ensure fast response times and accurate communications.
Requirements

We are looking for someone with a recognised engineering qualification and strong communication skills to manage the shift team effectively.

What We Offer

As a Maintenance Team Lead, you will receive an annual salary of £56,500 plus overtime, pension contributions, private healthcare, and other benefits.
