Job Title: Corporate Actions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Actions Specialist to join our team at Interactive Investor. As a key member of our Operations department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of corporate actions and dividend processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Validate and process corporate action events, including dividend payments, mergers, and acquisitions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including MiFID II, CRS, and CASS.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex queries and issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external counterparties and agents.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in corporate actions or dividend processing, with a strong understanding of FCA rules and regulations.
  • Advanced analytical skills and ability to interpret complex market, legal, and tax data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant formal industry qualifications, such as CISI IOC with Asset Servicing.
