Job Summary: We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced private client secretary who possesses strong client care skills, a professional telephone manner, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be familiar with digital dictation and audio typing.

Duties:
  • Opening files and managing client information
  • Coordinating anti-money laundering procedures
  • Completing dictation and preparing documentation
  • Answering incoming calls and emails
  • Closing files and maintaining accurate records

Skills: Strong client care skills, professional telephone manner, confident communicator, audio typing, digital dictation, and the ability to work in a dynamic team environment.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £28,000-£29,000 per year, working Monday to Friday.
