Flexible Scheduling for a Casual Cleaner

Norse Commercial Services, in partnership with our clients across Leeds, is seeking a reliable and flexible Casual Cleaner to join our team. As a Casual Cleaner, you will work on an as-needed basis, offering morning and afternoon shifts.

As a Casual Cleaner, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning floors and rooms, including dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming.
• Emptying bins, cleaning restrooms, and ensuring sanitation stations are fully stocked.
• Building relationships with clients on site.
• Following health and safety protocols at all times.
• Reporting any defects or damages.

Requirements for Success:

We are looking for candidates with previous cleaning or caretaking experience, as well as:

• Knowledge of basic site health and safety.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building relationships with clients on site.
• Confidence working independently and taking initiative.
• Good organizational skills, with attention to detail.
